Because buildings account for about 40% of emissions worldwide. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be the link between the users of our globally unique platform and our developers.
You will ensure that our customers’ experience with QUANTREFY is as positive as possible – today, but also in the future. On the one hand, you’ll help them with questions about the proper use of the platform and provide them with useful tips on how to benefit the most from QUANTREFY. On the other hand, you will be listening to our customers, recording user feedback and advising our development team on the user-oriented further development of the platform. In this way, your work contributes to more climate-friendly buildings and a more sustainable world every day.
