QUANTREFY is an innovative SaaS platform for the real estate industry. We support our customers in making their real estate more sustainable and climate-friendly through intelligent interpretation of building data. Because buildings account for about 40% of emissions worldwide. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be the link between the users of our globally unique platform and our developers.
You will ensure that our customers’ experience with QUANTREFY is as positive as possible – today, but also in the future. On the one hand, you’ll help them with questions about the proper use of the platform and provide them with useful tips on how to benefit the most from QUANTREFY. On the other hand, you will be listening to our customers, recording user feedback and advising our development team on the user-oriented further development of the platform. In this way, your work contributes to more climate-friendly buildings and a more sustainable world every day.

Managing the feedback system & error reporting
Recording the needs and ideas of customers & advising our developers
Supporting users during the introduction of new features & functions
Initiate new ideas for QUANTREFY based on the collected user feedback
What makes you stand out
- At least a commercial training, preferably a bachelor’s’or master’s’degree in business administration, real estate economics or similar
1 – 3 years of experience in customer contact & a friendly manner
Very important: Talent to explain contexts simply & to listen well
Important: Confident handling of Excel & Co. as well as quick understanding of new programs
Solid comunication in at least 2 of these languages: DE, EN, FR, IT, RU, ESP
