QUANTREFY is an innovative SaaS platform for the real estate industry. We support our customers in making their real estate more sustainable and climate-friendly through intelligent interpretation of building data. Because buildings account for about 40% of emissions worldwide. As Junior Sales Director, you will be responsible for the further expansion of our platform in Europe and America.

You will introduce the benefits of QUANTREFY to decision-makers at financially strong real estate management and investment companies and make our platform a must-have in the industry. You will represent QUANTREFY at trade fairs and events as well as in calls and meetings with (potential) customers throughout Europe and America. At the same time, you will continue to develop our sales materials and provide fresh ideas for marketing our Software as a Service. In this way, your work will contribute to more climate-friendly buildings and a more sustainable world every day.

Your responsibilities

  • Initiation, execution as well as preparation & postprocessing of customer meetings

  • Market analyses & further development of sales materials

  • Identifying potential customers & market opportunities

  • Represent QUANTREFY at trade fairs & events

  • Maintaining customer relationships & identifying upselling opportunities

What makes you stand out

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate economics or similar

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field of Software as a Service (SaaS)

  • Willingness to travel in the EMEA region

  • Solid comunication in at least 2 of these languages: DE, EN, FR, IT, RU, ESP

  • Best: Affinity for sustainability topics in the building sector
