Because buildings account for about 40% of emissions worldwide. As Office Manager, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in our office in the heart of Frankfurt am Main.
With your organizational skills, you keep your colleagues at QUANTREFY on their toes – and your warm, open-minded manner ensures that every visitor feels immediately welcome here. In short, you are the good soul of QUANTREFY. You work closely with almost all areas of the company and are an important link between the teams and levels within the company. In this way, your work contributes to more climate-friendly buildings and a more sustainable world every day.
Your responsibilities
- Coordination of appointments & internal processes
Reception, preparation of meetings & friendly customer contact
Purchasing of office materials & preparatory accounting
Document management & administration of digital systems
Research & preparation for the management and your colleagues
What makes you stand out
- Completed commercial training
3 – 5 years of professional experience in office management or as a team assistant
Secure skills in German & English language
Strong organizational & communication skills
Talent to keep the overview even in stressful phases & to contribute to a good atmosphere in the team
