QUANTREFY is an innovative SaaS platform for the real estate industry. We support our customers in making their real estate more sustainable and climate-friendly through intelligent interpretation of building data. Because buildings account for about 40% of emissions worldwide. As Senior Manager Policy & Research, you will help our platform already think about tomorrow’s regulatory framework today.

QUANTREFY uses intelligent suggestions to make it easier for real estate managers to actively optimize their buildings and make them more sustainable and future-proof – including relevant sustainability ratings as well as current and anticipated regulatory requirements. That’s exactly what you thrive on. You always know precisely what is happening in European regulation, maintain an excellent network and become an important sparring partner for the strategic direction of QUANTREFY, concrete implementations in the platform and the support of our customers in reporting for relevant ESG scores.

Your responsibilities

  • With your network and insights contribute to the further development of QUANTREFY and the QUANTREFY platform
  • Participate in initiatives for the further development of ESG ratings

  • Representing the interests of QUANTREFY & our QUANTS to relevant stakeholders in associations & initiatives, politics and administration

  • In-depth analysis of current and upcoming regulatory requirements on European and national level

  • Training & support of your colleagues in Product Development, Sales, Customer Success Management & Co.

What makes you stand out

  • Very good understanding of relevant requirements for ESG management in the real estate sector & their further development at least on European level (e.g. EU Disclosure Regulation & Taxonomy).
  • Good knowledge of relevant ESG & sustainability ratings in Europe (e.g. GRESB, ECORE, CRREM, DGNB)

  • Proven network to stakeholders in regulation, supervision & standard setters

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience

  • At least business fluent language skills in German & English
