QUANTREFY is an innovative SaaS platform for the real estate industry. We support our customers in making their real estate more sustainable and climate-friendly through intelligent interpretation of building data. Because buildings account for about 40% of emissions worldwide. As a Business Development Representative, you will find and qualify inbound & outbound leads and be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

In doing so, you will work closely with the Sales team. You will research and prioritize target accounts in the DACH market and the Nordics, perform outbound sales activities and nurture long-term opportunities through consistent communication via phone and email. To strengthen our sales activities, you will report on new market trends that can provide sales and marketing with insights for creating target group-specific messages – and you will also be involved in the creation of sales and marketing materials yourself. In this way, your work will contribute to more climate-friendly buildings and a more sustainable world every day.  

Your responsibilities

  • Actively build up & continuously update product, customer and market knowledge
  • Qualify & prioritize incoming leads and identify relevant opportunities

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling to find relevant sales accepted opportunities

  • Research and prioritize target accounts in the DACH market and in the Nordics

  • Validate & update sales and marketing information in Salesforce and create sales & marketing materials

What makes you stand out

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate economics or similar.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in sales/business development.

  • Preferably first experience in B2B and/or software or real estate investing

  • Ability to navigate corporate structures & identify decision makers

  • Confident communication in German & English (verbal & written)

  • Strong time management, organizational skills, open-mindedness & motivation

  • Willingness to work outside of normal working hours to support international market development
