QUANTREFY is an innovative SaaS platform for the real estate industry. We support our customers in making their real estate more sustainable and climate-friendly through intelligent interpretation of building data. Because buildings account for about 40% of emissions worldwide. As a Business Development Representative, you will find and qualify inbound & outbound leads and be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

In doing so, you will work closely with the Sales team. You will research and prioritize target accounts in the DACH market and the Nordics, perform outbound sales activities and nurture long-term opportunities through consistent communication via phone and email. To strengthen our sales activities, you will report on new market trends that can provide sales and marketing with insights for creating target group-specific messages – and you will also be involved in the creation of sales and marketing materials yourself. In this way, your work will contribute to more climate-friendly buildings and a more sustainable world every day.

Your responsibilities

  • Financial planning & controlling in close coordination with management
  • Managing & controlling the accounting in cooperation with the external tax consultancy and the preparing team assistants

  • Regular reports to the management

  • Establish & automate commercial processes and reconciliations

  • Developing & implementing planning and control instruments

What makes you stand out

  • At least 8 years of experience in finance
  • At least basic accounting experience

  • Structured, organised & the ability to complete tasks in a target-oriented manner

  • Business fluent in German and conversational English

  • Interest in digitalisation & automation of processes
