QUANTREFY is an innovative SaaS platform for the real estate industry. We support our customers in making their properties more sustainable and climate-friendly through intelligent evaluation of building data, as buildings account for around 40% of emissions worldwide. As Senior Manager ALLY Success, you and your team are responsible for the further expansion and management of our extensive network of partner companies – so-called ALLIES.

As a platform, QUANTREFY acts as a digital intermediary between our users and a large number of specialised partner companies (ALLIES) from the ESG sector, whose services our customers can use via the platform or in connection with it. These include services for the sustainable optimisation of buildings, ESG reporting standards, interfaces for accessing building data and various other things. By maintaining this network, you contribute daily to more climate-friendly buildings and a more sustainable world.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify & attract further potential ALLIES to continuously grow the offer on the platform.

  • Quality management & ensuring a reliable, very good service of the ALLIES to our customers.

  • Build an ALLY success team & scalable processes to manage hundreds of ALLIES

  • Co-designing platform functionalities related to the ALLIES

  • Representing the ALLY concept internally and externally

What makes you stand out

  • At least 5 years of experience in team leadership

  • Skill and experience in negotiating contracts

  • Structured, organised & the ability to bring tasks to a conclusion in a target-oriented manner

  • Business fluent in German & English (at least C1)

  • Ideally previous knowledge in the real estate industry or on the topic of ESG
