Contact form
When you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, the data you provide (your name, e-mail address, telephone number, if applicable, and your message) will be stored by us in order to answer your question(s). Mandatory information required for this purpose is marked separately, other information is voluntary.

Storage period:
We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are legal retention obligations (max. ten years in the context of the archiving of business e-mail traffic required by commercial and tax law).

Legal basis(s) of data processing:
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

Applications (without group)
We process the data you have sent us in connection with your application in order to check your suitability for the position (or other open positions, if applicable) and to carry out the application process.

Your application will be screened by the HR department upon receipt. Suitable applications are then forwarded to the branch and department managers for the respective open or suitable position. The further procedure is then coordinated. Throughout the company, only those persons who require your data for the proper conduct of our application process have access to it.

Storage period:
Data of applicants will be deleted after 6 months in case of rejection.
In the event that you have agreed to further storage of your personal data, we will include your data in our applicant pool. There, the data will be deleted after 2 years.

If you have been awarded a position during the application process, your data will be transferred to our personnel information system.

Legal basis of data processing:
The processing of your data as part of the application process is permissible for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship, in accordance with Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG n.F.).

Should the data be required for legal prosecution after completion of the application process, data processing may be carried out for the purpose of safeguarding legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO. Our interest then consists in asserting or defending claims.

Storage period
We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of the technical administration of the online survey and for the evaluation of the same and for the further development of our products and services. Only if you give us your consent do we also use this data for topic-related follow-up questions.
The storage period of this data depends on its intended use. Data for technical administration will be deleted after completion of the online survey. Data collected and processed on the basis of your consent will be deleted after 12 months.

Legal basis(s) for data processing
Typeform collects the following personal data with the help of cookies: Information about your terminal device (IP address, device information, operating system, browser settings). In addition, usage data is collected, such as date and time and the time of use of the contact form.

This data is required to ensure the presentation of the contact form/online survey and its functionality. The legal basis of the processing is therefore in our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

For the implementation of the online surveys, the legal basis for processing your data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 lit. a) DSGVO.

You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The revocation can be made via the specified contact options. Your data will be processed as long as you have given your consent. The declaration of revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out so far.

The use of the contact form and the associated response to your request is in our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 lit. f) DSGVO and, if applicable, serves to implement pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO).
