Building groups & smart groups
Buildings can now be grouped flexibly by asset, project, neighborhood or your own categories - even across portfolio sizes. This allows you to make more targeted evaluations and create individual comparison groups.
New energy report
The completely revised energy report provides a detailed overview of consumption, emission intensities and projections - based on the individual meter structure of your buildings.
Other new functions:
- Vacancy rates at meter level
- CRREM analysis for mixed-use buildings
- Automatic extrapolations for missing consumption data in the energy report
