For the first time, the operational carbon of a building and the embodied carbon of that property can be mapped together: QUANTREFY and Madaster establish a partnership.

Madaster, the cadastre for building materials, provides information about the embodied carbon in a building’s materials. In addition, the platform enables, among other things, the creation of material passports of buildings, as well as financial and circular assessments that support the management and disposal of real estate and the reuse of materials and products.

“With this partnership, a property’s operational and embodied carbon are coming together for the first time – the building can now be tracked across its entire lifecycle. This enables our customers to take an extremely consistent, holistic ESG approach,” QUANTREFY CEO Justus Wiedemann is pleased to report.

👍 A real milestone for consistently thought ESG.
