In addition to GRESB, ECORE, and CRREM, QUANTREFY users will soon also be able to see quite simple in degrees Celsius if your asset or portfolio is contributing to achieving the 1.5 degree target of the Paris Climate Agreement – or how far it is away from this goal. Later, it will also be possible to generate concrete VISIONS, meaning optimization proposals, which will lead to an improvement in Climate Impact. QUANTREFY is the first software to integrate the XDC model in such form and depth into its own platform.

Hannah Helmke, Founder & CEO of right°, is excited about the strategic partnership: “By integrating our XDC model into QUANTREFY, we make the climate impact of buildings visible – quite simple in degrees Celsius. QUANTREFY proactively proposes systematic measures for this purpose. A strong partnership that will empower asset managers to create facts and drive decarbonization.”

This is also the view of QUANTREFY CEO Justus Wiedemann: “The XDC model ideally complements the scoring models integrated in QUANTREFY so far. We are pleased to be the first platform to integrate the XDC model in this form and thus to be able to contribute to it becoming an operational instrument for action. Totally in line with our approach of being a central ESG implementation platform, bringing together the best-in-class ESG solution providers in one central location for our users.”

QUANTREFY stands for intelligent ESG optimization that goes beyond the mere collection of data. The software solution bundles the most important ESG scoring models in one system, delivers corresponding key figures per asset or portfolio and at the same time provides optimization suggestions for improving KPis.

The company, headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, was founded in April 2021 by Managing Director Justus Wiedemann. Based on his expertise in the development and implementation of ESG strategies, Wiedemann developed the idea of an automated tool that is able to recommend actions based on the available data and enable implementation. QUANTREFY was named a top 100 impact tech company by Tech for IMPACT Map, a collaboration between BUILTWORLD and PwC.
