ESG expert Westbridge Advisory / Argentus / Agradblue (Westbridge) and ESG company QUANTREFY have agreed to intensify their collaboration with regard to strategic consulting and the implementation of ESG strategies for the real estate industry.

To this end, Westbridge recently acquired a 50 percent stake in the Frankfurt-based digital company. QUANTREFY, a provider of an all-in-one ESG platform launched by Justus Wiedemann in April 2021, enables its clients to calculate sustainability scores such as GRESB and CRREM in real time. Based on a fully automated analysis of the asset, QUANTREFY defines explicit options for action for its users to improve the ESG KPIs presented, which can be booked directly via the platform.

“As our previous collaboration with QUANTREFY has been extremely successful and the company operates in an absolute growth market, we were looking for a more in-depth partnership and found that Justus Wiedemann was open to the idea. With QUANTREFY, we are adding a crucial piece of the puzzle to our range of services,” says Yama Mahasher, Managing Director at Westbridge. “This gives us access to a unique platform that will help us achieve our goal of providing the strongest ESG advisor in the entire industry in terms of content.”

Justus Wiedemann, founder and CEO of QUANTREFY explains: “Our company has been on a growth trajectory since its foundation. Our goal is to grow outside of Germany as well, and to do this we need a strong partner at our side. Together with Westbridge, we want to position ourselves as Europe’s leading ESG implementers for the operational implementation of sustainability processes.”

QUANTREFY stands for intelligent ESG optimization that goes beyond the mere collection of data. The software solution bundles the most important ESG scoring models in one system, delivers corresponding key figures per asset or portfolio and at the same time provides optimization suggestions for improving KPis.

The company, headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, was founded in April 2021 by Managing Director Justus Wiedemann. Based on his expertise in the development and implementation of ESG strategies, Wiedemann developed the idea of an automated tool that is able to recommend actions based on the available data and enable implementation. QUANTREFY was named a top 100 impact tech company by Tech for IMPACT Map, a collaboration between BUILTWORLD and PwC.
