Irina Clemens to structure QUANTREFY’s growth as new COO

Given the dynamic development of QUANTREFY between increasing customer and employee growth, further development of the platform and our own organizational development, we are now pleased to have an experienced COO on board in Irina Clemens, who will help us take our organization to the next level.

And she is a perfect fit for QUANTREFY! Irina studied business administration and economics and then worked in consulting – with a focus on regulation in the financial sector. Later, she gained intensive experience in building organizations in dynamic environments, first by building her own startup Talentif and then by consulting other startups.

Most recently, Irina worked in various capacities for WealthTech Elinvar, a Platform as a Service for business models in asset management. There, she helped to establish compliance and audit management, dealt intensively with complex data management and, after an internal transfer, was responsible for business development projects in the cooperative sector.

In addition to her extensive experience, Irina brings with her the unconditional will to make a noticeable contribution to reducing CO2 emissions with the help of the most efficient solution possible. At QUANTREFY, she will now help to structure our growth, help to build and sharpen internal processes, and create further interfaces between the users of our platform and development in order to further develop QUANREFY as closely as possible to customer needs.
